We collect and process personal data about our Users (our clients), including:

  • communication with us (e.g. support inquiries).

Purpose of processing:

  • providing and maintaining our Service,
  • managing User accounts,
  • handling payments,
  • communicating with Users,
  • improving our Service.

4. Data Collected via Popups by Our Users

Our Service allows Users to generate links with popups that collect personal data (e.g. email addresses) from Subscribers.

Who is the data controller?

The User (our client) is the data controller of any personal data collected via the popups.

Our role:

We act as a data processor, processing Subscriber data on behalf of the User, only to store it and make it available in the User's dashboard.

We do not:

  • send emails to Subscribers,
  • use Subscriber data for our own purposes,
  • share Subscriber data with third parties (except strictly necessary processors like hosting providers).

5. How Long We Store Data

We retain personal data of our Users as long as necessary for providing the Service and fulfilling legal obligations.

Data collected via popups is stored until deleted by the User or upon termination of the User's account.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, or misuse.

7. Subprocessors

To operate our Service, we may engage subprocessors, such as:

  • hosting providers,
  • cloud storage providers,
  • analytics services.

All subprocessors are bound by contracts ensuring data protection standards.
